P.N.03 (GameCube) by the_miker at 12:49 AM EST on February 1, 2010
This game has four files in it's bgm directory, two "bkr" files and two "sbb" files. I tried playing with the sbb files in vgmtoolbox (GENH Creator) and vgmstream with no luck.

I think they use a similar format to RE4 but I can't say for sure. I uploaded all four files in one zip. Can some of you take a look and maybe figure out how to get the tunes? I'm almost 100% sure it's in the Nintendo GameCube DSP 4-bit ADPCM format. The zip is only 92mb btw. Thanks :)

Hi, Here's a quick solution, extract this package and copy all 4 files into the same dir and execute pn3.bat...
have fun

Nice, thanks a lot! The music extracts and is playable with the newest vgmstream. However, the tunes don't sound quite right. Like the song is playing twice and the second play is slightly delayed from the first. Oh well, at least this is a start and I can actually sorta hear the music.

Any ideas what could be causing that "double play" issue? I'm guessing it's something interleave related?

I'm using meka_003.capdsp as an example. It should sound like the music playing at 2:38 in this video.

Which vgmstream do you use?
I re-enabled .capdsp and fixed some stuff in r732, could be that an older version has wrong playback!

r733 build now up

Yup r733 fixed it, you guys rock, thank you!!

Now if I could only understand how you were able to figure out the start and end offsets for these files in the first place :P

Was pn03.bat auto generated by some insanely cool program or did you somehow figure out all those values manually?

Yes, it was a quick & dirty tool, every header provides the start offset to a file at offset 0x18, the file length was simply calculated from the next files start :o)

Any chance on someone re-uploading pn3.bat file?
