It's a yamaha aica 4 bit adpcm stream. Would be nice to what game it's from so I can get a better sense of what it was supposed to sound like


EDIT: Nevermind, just read the linked thread. Use vgmtoolbox to make a genh out of it. It's 2 channels, 22050 khz, interleaved at 0x8000 bytes.

How can you know the interleave offset for other audio?

I don't. I just tested out individual interleave settings until one sounded right.
