The XA is missing a RIFF header, hence why it sounds like garbage. Also, what game is this from because at-a-glance it looks like IMA.
From where are the .lsf files from? One plays because it follows the original spec of an ios audio format. The one that doesn't play is encoded with PlayStation ADPCM. It's an easy fix but it wasn't implemented originally because who would put ps adpcm in an iphone game?
