I extracted all the music streams from the SOUND folder and it was not there. So I though maybe I missed it so i was just going to remove the files one at a time to see when the blade mode music wouldn't play. Well everything went silent besides some SFX, the main title music AND the blade mode music! So now I'm confused on where the other music is coming from. I took almost all file out of the SOUND folder and some how when I went in to battle the blade mode music would be the battle theme instead of blade mode music.
Does the audio files have any identifiable data (like a header string)? If so, you can probably search for it with something like Memory Hacking Software or Cheat Engine while the game has loaded said tracks. Then, using MHS' or CE's hex editor you can grab some additional data of the files that are loaded, and figure out the exact file it's in, by either searching for some of the data within an image file and calculating which file occupies the sector(s), or alternatively, use just about any tool with the ability to search for binary data across multiple files (I wrote a Python script a while ago if you can't find anything else that does it).
