According to soneek, you'll need a certain firmware on the 3DS to exploit it, so it's kind of pricy if you want to buy a 3DS with a lower firmware. However, I think hackers are working on a Wii U browser exploit.

I just want the tools to be available so I can make my own tracks once file replacement becomes possible. Since you've added those options, you must have a tool, right? Or is it super incomplete and too terrible to release or something? I just wanna try it out a bit, I guess.
