Pimp My GEHN by RebeccaSugar at 12:11 AM EDT on April 19, 2015
So, the PS2 version of Bomberman Jetters having about 5-6 extra tracks and 48kHz over the gamecube version led me to investigate it further and tinker with the files, and for once in my life I actually made a correct GEHN file, or so I thought, anyway, it's 4 channel but two different tracks play and that's fine and all-
It plays without skipping but it still contains minor clicks not present in the DSP I've presented below, I wanted to see if any of you could help me with that.
I'm not gonna bore you with ALL of the detail so I'm just gonna highlight the most important things.
Help me.
tl;dr I always hate asking for help since I don't mean to be a drag but it's what I have to do, get rid of the clicks and/or easily convert the IVB and I'll suck your dick.
Also, why doesn't foobar's extension support this game's IVB, It supports Langrisser III's but not this one, I don't understand and it sucks, this would be easier if I click just click and convert....
Used a different program to extract the adpcm (which got labeled MIB, but that didn't help) Genhed that one and got a pop free version. The gamecube dsp supposed to be 44100? Also, just because one game has the same extension as another doesn't mean it's the same encoding (Gamecube adp vs. the adp files SF3 Double Impact's DC Streams). And THOSE EYES!!!!! THEY BURRRNNN!!!J:^IWEJRHlkfda66(*&$LJH23

A quick search later and I got everything I needed thanks to you! I am seriously grateful, wow! Also, they do burn, they burn right into your soul, sadie is wacko. Uguu.
You'll probably want to try this in the future if the sony adpcm extractor used by vgmtoolbox gives crap results. It's not perfect but it was helpful for this track, and sorta helpful for extracting music from the arcade version of Soul Calibur 2.
I don't remember where exactly i got it, but it was likely from a thread here.
The file Kirishima linked is FastElbJa's ADPCM Player. It's also linked on my old site in case someone comes across this thread in the future.
I agree that it can be good when VGMToolbox fails, since FastElbJa used different techniques for finding ADPCM data. In particular, his tool can help grab the last chunk of a stereo file, where VGMToolbox may miss it.
