Conversion between ADX and AAX? by Kurausukun at 5:01 PM EDT on April 6, 2016
Is there any way to convert between AAX and ADX losslessly, i.e. without going back to wav and re-encoding? It seems like such a waste since they're pretty much the same format.

Super late reply but I once downloaded a pack that had two programs aptly named "ADXtoAAX.exe" and "AAXtoADX.exe" which may accomplish what you want. I've never used them before though so I don't know for sure if they actually do a lossless conversion or just converts the audio to WAV and then to the desired format. When I get home later I'll hopefully be able to try it out.

Sounds worth a shot. Do you remember where you found them, or if you still have them, can you upload them?

Actually scratch that. The programs I have (which I got from this site if memory serves) convert from ADX to AIX, not to AAX. So yeah, sorry about that.
