Tarzan's music is all raw wave samples with lots of static!

Just got back from stuff, and I have the latest build compiling in Visual Studio 2005. Awesome!

This means I might be disabling optimization for Windows 98 machines but I dunno.

Hey, look what Rururu ported to Foobar2000:

NSFplug for fb2k

It reads NSF and NSFe, but whatever. I'm going to go ahead with the notsofatso port once I can re-work some code so it doesn't use winamp functions (probably by doing #ifdefs or whatnot).

ugetab, the link for the Simpsons Camp Deadly GBS is bad. :)

fixed

ok, tonight I'm going to start work on foo_input_notso, but I might just give up and play some videogames instead... a lot of code needs to be reworked in NSF.cpp, as a lot of it depends on winamp. the rest of the code isn't winamp based, though.

For some reason Disch thought it would be completely sane to make his own GUI libraries. I can say otherwise, as it isn't allowing the foobar raw plugin to compile. Absolute bullshit if you ask me.

Have to admit though, by using his own libraries, he made it more compatible with the free Visual Basic 2005. I believe MFC isn't available in the free version, so DFC made it compatible with a free MS compiler...oh well. Can't have it both easy and good in this case.

just so you idiots know, i will not be releasing the new build until i have a foobar2000 port working in a somewhat stable state or Richter X shuts up and looks for a suitable plugin wrapper for his version of fb2k.

besides the usual crap with tone set adjustments, I'm also looking into adding in a localization feature so that the japanese will finally abandon the piece of shit known as NEZplug for their nsf needs. problem is, my japanese is nowhere near fluent but I'll try anyway.

oh, i'm also planning on removing DFC, as it's screwing stuff up when i build the foobar2000 build, specifically I get about 100 errors because of illegal conversion crap. surprisingly, the winamp build does not throw these errors around.

I would doubt that the Japanese will abandon NEZPlug that easily, but have at it anyway.

In other news, NEZPlug v0.9.4.8 + 2 + 12 has been released. Not sure what it does, but I am sure that it will be an improvement. They really should add a config window soon. (I don't mind the .ini file, but a config window would be nice.)

I have lots of problems with the ini file. Like it doesn't disable NSF support and can't save changes or sometimes it can't find the file.
