This is, to my knowledge, the most recent version of the GameShark Pro. There is a sticker on the back that says V3.3. As you can see, this version actually has a parallel port, which I have mainly used to take screenshots. It can also be used as a debugger or cheat finder, and to update the code list or firmware.

The only chip that is hard to read is on the bottom right. It reads:
