- For those that grabbed the Fallout: New Vegas set (thanks bxaimc), here's a VGMToolbox XMA Converter plugin to convert the tracks to WAVs. You'll need xma_parse and towav for this one.
Edit: Updated to get data size from header. Not vital, but nicer.

- How would I get about ripping that Smackdown Vs Raw 2011 music.pck myself with VGMToolbox then?
Got a tutorial for that particular game. Even a premade script for QuickBMS since it looks easy to run would be great for doing the job I want to do.
