Flagged CAUD, unfamiliar, so line-in rip would be the way to go. Extracted the file and made an interpretation. It's horribly garbled, but you can clearly make out the timpani. Don't know where the disc channel music for Wii games is stored, though.
EDIT: The WiiBrew wiki explains that the disc channel audio is stored in sound.bin, archived in Opening.bnr. BNRSound can convert the embedded BNS file.

Note, you will need to decode RIFF WAVES from the XWB files with toWav.exe, found here.
Edit: I can't hotlink to the binary, so you'll have to Ctrl+F "Скачать" if you can't find the download for the binary.
Just open the toWav zip, and drag the contents into the extracted Super Contra (2007)(Konami)[XBLA][Xbox Media Audio][XMA][XWB] folder, and run the batch file "ConvAll.bat"

- Thank you VERY much for the Super Contra stuff. The arcade soundtrack is one of my favorites and these renditions, while not perfect (I still plan on sequencing my own), are a lot better than expected. I'll be ADX'ing at least a few of them for myself, but I'll do all of them and upload them if anyone wants them.
