Install Python first. You then need to run the two scripts ("programs") with some arguments ("parameters") passed in to them. If you're on Windows, you'll most likely be able to just drop files/folders onto the .py files instead of supplying them by commandline. For uber-extract.py, you pass one or more uber files to the script. For musyx-extract.py you pass a folder (containing .sdir and .samp files) to the script. If you can't drag-and-drop for whichever reason, run them by commandline like this for example:

"C:\Python\python.exe" "C:\uber-extract.py" "C:\Godzilla Unleashed\filename.uber"

followed by:

"C:\Python\python.exe" "C:\musyx-extract.py" "C:\Godzilla Unleashed"

Also, you should use the more up-to-date version of musyx-extract: https://github.com/Nisto/musyx-extract
