Does anyone know any ways of finding out the loop points of .usf files? Some of the games' .usf files don't loop like files playable with vgmstream.

No such thing is standardized, as the USF format is arbitrary code and data, packaged in a ROM plus Save State format, then executed for an arbitrary amount of time.
