Starship Defense/Starship Patrol 2SF: Broken? by Lunar at 10:39 AM EST on January 19, 2021

I can't get this 2SF set to play in foobar2000 - it simply hangs, consumes 100% CPU and I have to close the app+manually end task on 2sf2wav.exe to resume normal service. Any help? Thank you.
