wimpck_freedb

This is a modification to wimpck, the windows frontend to the MP3 checker mpck, which will look up a list of MP3s via freedb as if it was an audio CD. This expands the checking ability of wimpck to check if the MP3s are from an actual album (as well as can be determined via track lengths).
