Please tell me,which music format that Metroid Prime 1,2,3 use? Is vgmstream support it?

If anyone knows these music files' download address,please post a link for me. thanks!!!

They all primarily use Gamecube DSP, in various containers. vgmstream supports these and the one or two other odd formats each has.

I'm glad I grabbed another copy of Metroid Prime. It's got the Title Screen music, which is one that I wanted.

Is there a compatible setting in the Generic Header Creator for this, so I can mess with the bytes until it loops close to how the game does?

uh, links all seem fine to me

by "dual-DSP stereo" I assume you mean what I call "dual file stereo", wherein each channel is in a separate file. Nothing more to it than that. When vgmstream sees a mono file named like a dual file stereo component, it looks for the other file.

The format used by the title isn't supported by GENH. Though since the only place it is used needs loops, that might be a good idea to support...
