yes, but i did not say a password. hcs could decide that and only let specific people know it. maybe even a mailing list and change the password monthly so that it cannot be figured out and posted on message boards.

A FTP would allow hcs to monitor downloads and ban anyone who broke such rules.

meh... you could use megaupload. but then the dls would be annoying and you'd have to get a premium account. same with rapidshare...
