The files may be sequenced on the Wii version (the WAD clocks in at approx. 15MB) but I think the 360 version is likely streamed as it is over 80MB.

If they did rip the music, no emulator would play it right since they used an extra audio channel IIRC that is not included in a NES.

er, Franpa, I think most NES emulators handle Famicom games as well.
