This game is already ripped. Read the dats please. It's also tagged iirc.

Well, that's nice. Where can I get 1, and 2 tagged?

I'd also like to see and make sure there's nothing different in this US release of the game, because I only just received the English release from preordering it back in October 2008 a few weeks ago, and the rip says the JP one was released clear back in '07.

I do know of some of these JP games sometimes have new things added when it's re-released here.

EDIT:

After looking through the list, I saw one I could do, already got sound, but it's all stuffed into individual bin files for each game.

I'll rip and loop Megaman X Collection, mainly to get X4, 5, and 6's songs, because I have to say, X1, 2, and 3 definately do not sound as good as the SNES originals... but I'll still get them.

EDIT 2:
Actually, now it seems that these files are actually those dual sound with L and R audio. I don't know what it sounds like together yet, so I don't know if it really sounds as crappy as it did.

"Well, that's nice. Where can I get 1, and 2 tagged?"

Yes, I know already, I saw after I posted my post right before bxaimc said that. I just skimmed the thread when I came to post it, because I had already been ready to post. I saw you posted the list, but hadn't gotten it yet.

Also, since nobody had said it was done already after what I said at the top of my first post in this thread, right after the list request you saw:

"Is there a list of what music is ripped? I have 250+ PS2 games, and have a few others I'd like to use some free time to get the music from, and if it's not ripped, maybe I'll post it. I already had some from Ar Tonelico II that I didn't have to mess with much."

I assumed it wasn't done, since noone said it was, and posted my post before I got the list.

That's why I checked over them already to see Megaman X Collection wasn't done for either system and said I could do that one instead. I also asked where I could get Ar Tonelico 1 and 2, and said I could check the English files against the JP ones, see if there's anything different. I already pulled em off the disc and have been listening to them while working on stuff, so it wouldn't be any work to see if there's any new ones, if I can get the tagged set to compare and keep.

If there happened to be any new or different ones on the English disc (2009, as opposed to the 2007 JP release), I'd just label them the same way as the ones that are done already, but say something about English only, and post them to let you do what you want with them.

In any case, is there a torrent up somewhere that I could get Ar Tonelico I and II from? Really great music for working at the PC.

And thank you very much for the list, Manako. ^_^

EDIT:
Oh, yeah, and I decided last night to just leave that post there for people that wanna hear what the music is like. I can't delete the upload anyway, so whoever wants to check out a few nice songs, already looped and stuff (didn't have to do anything), then go ahead and get the file, see if you like the music.

How do I use them, what does it go to?

Sorry, this is kinda why I was wondering if there was a single place to read about all this stuff, like ripping notes, if you got any, on what you had to do to rip something, or anything that would be helpful.

for a quick read, just open them in notepad. Otherwise, use clrmamepro.
