The frequency is perfect now, thanks.

I'm having another problem though: every single time I double click a file to play it in Winamp, Windows has to refresh all of my folders before opening Winamp. This causes a lag and removes things like selected files in other folders that are opened at the time. This only happens when I'm using vgmstream. I'm on Windows XP Home SP3 using Winamp 5.58.
