Back from the dead!

Check it out, if you run it with this order instead:

cnd_dmp2genh dump01.bin dump00.bin dumpUC01.bin dumpUCmstr.bin dumpUC00.bin

then things work better! Flipping the uncompressed segments seems to be necessary.

But I'm not sure if this is good, still.
