HCS Forum - Playing lowfrequency streams without filtering

Playing lowfrequency streams without filtering by tails_ at 12:00 PM EDT on October 14, 2010: Well thats mostly about vgmstream
for example i playing 12kHz audio and it sound mostly ugly without noise that was hear'd on NDS
so is there simple way (through DSP plugins?) play it like on NDS?
