@mensinhi: you can use CriPakTools for the CPK. For the AWB, check if there’s an ACB that corresponds to the AWB. Then use VGMToolbox on the ACB. If not, just use it on the AWB itself. It should be under Common Archives -> ACB/AWB extractor.

Still uploading a few more and then I’ll make the official announcement :)

Just recently got power back due to the strong wind storm and being powerless for the weekend so I’m a bit delayed right now.

@Ultrafighter

It was a theme used in CAW mode, so it felt odd that it was missing from the .XA files given from the set. Pretty sure the WWF SmackDown! 2 set is complete (may probably check sometime this week to really make sure, but everything seems to be recognized).

Making PSFs with the files given is not that bad in most cases (those minor exceptions being ones that has a complicated VFS and/or uses a custom driver.)

What you need from the game itself:
• .VH = Instrument header (tags for audio bank organization & controls [ie: velocity/pitch/etc.])
• .VB = Instrument data
• .SEQ or .SQ (sometimes .SEP, but handles differently than .SEQ/.SQ... can be converted from .SEP to .SEQ/.SQ) = Sequence data

What you need to make "use" of the files from the game to make a .PSF:
• Generic Sequence Driver Utility (GenPSF_v04_21)
• Any program that can playback .PSF files using in_psf plugin.

VGMToolbox should work too, but never got around to using PSFs for it. With everything above in check, open the GUI application above (Generic Sequence Driver Utility) and just click on PSF tab on the menu bar, and redirect the sequence/header/sample files to the proper directory designation. You don't have to alter with the Parameter or the comment section below ("length=3:00.000").

Type a name for the new PSF file on the line provided (match either the directory information from the game or with the song title given from a song [URLs such as VGMDB helps. Highly advise to not use YouTube as a source since they may use custom/made up tag names]). Click save to make the new PSF, and it should be located where the original audio/sequence key ingredients were located.

@bxaimc
Hope everything is alright and that you are safe. Take your time.

@AceK: thanks. Everything’s back to normal over here. I don’t ever want to download something as massive as FFXV while waiting at a public library for hours again :P

I uploaded Chrono Trigger (for PC). Doesn't seem to have any new music, just streamed versions of DS version arranges, but it's nice to have it as well.
(Pity the PC port is crap)

Well AceK, now this is some worthy guide and pretty detailed instruction you've got here! It'd be really useful if I got that far but unfortunately finding SEQ\SQ\SEP\whatever proved to be the most difficult part. I checked entire disc structure for those extensions and even tried scanning some archives \ bigfiles for contained instrument \ sequence data (using VGMToolBox & its Misc. Tools=>XSF Tools=>PSF=>PSF Data Finder) but it was only able to discover a few additional VHs, nothing else. This is where I stopped and was left with just freshly ripped streamed tracks in my hands.
Maybe I gave up rather quickly but anyone else is still welcome to take the shot at this game, I'd be the 1st to check out whatever they can come up with in terms of PSFs from Thrill kill. The more complete the set gets the merrier it gets, isn't it?

BTW here's a new rip: Manhunt (Xbox)(2004-04-20)(Rockstar). Couldn't understand why vgm.hcs64.com upload form couldn't even add it until I saw that "file size limit" LOL... Anyway maybe this host is also fast and good, probably it'd be more convenient for someone to grab the set from there.

So long!

Edit: here goes another release, an enormous multi-layered and truly full-flavored whopper of a giant soundtrack - let me introduce you a complete & proper rerip of Amped 2! It doesn't only feature tons of additional tracks (not just from videos) but also tweaked / improved tags to songs (but all given filenames were preserved too, it's not like that older rip where all BGMs were renamed thus losing original titles entirely) and so on.
It's the best it's gonna get I presume and this insanely huge compilation of compositions totally deserves it! Check it out!
Later!

PS. I uploaded it there because it's more comfortable to have one file instead of two, plus I didn't want to try and figure out if I should split archive or it's gonna be less than 905 MBs anyway and there's no need for splitting in the 1st place. I think it'd bother no one to download from Google Drive, am I right?
