I think you can use the command line vgmstream to output a RIFF .wav with smpl chunk for looping with the -L switch, like:

test.exe -L sample.bcwav

How would I Set it up to convert a whole folder of bcwav files? like batch conversion in VGAudio.

I found out this works

FOR %%a IN (*.bcwav) DO C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Desktop\test\test.exe -L -o "%%a.wav" "%%a"

But the resulting filenames still have there old file extension. ex: original file= test.bcwav converted= test.bcwav.wav

try "%%~na.wav" instead of "%%a.wav"

Also worth mentioning that "Animal Crossing - New Leaf [Tobidase - Doubutsu no Mori] (2012-11-08)(Nintendo EAD Group No. 2)(Nintendo)[3DS]" doesn't have the SF2+MIDIs that I got from another upload to these forums. Why aren't these included on joshw?

None of the rips on joshw have SF2+MIDIs in them, they're all just the streamed music.

I got Face Raiders soundtrack. Recorded entirely in Citra Emulator using video dump feature. (As for the Home Menu Banner, I extracted the CWAV and converted it.)

How am i gonna get the sound effects from 3DS Games? I'm using brawlbox 0.78 to play the sound effects, but no Good. I keep on getting an Error.

@jrose80149, 3DS games can't be ripped on brawlbox. Try using a 3DS music ripping tool.
