PSVita SXD format? by basin at 4:39 AM EST on February 3, 2016
It's used in Welcome Park and Gravity Rush afaik.

Apparently it can store data as one .sxd file with the SXDF magic (possibly containing multiple streams). Or as a .sxd1 file with SXDF magic (this file looks like a header, always 272 bytes) and a .sxd2 with SXDS magic (actual data).

Gravity Rush sxd folder

How dump psv game file?
by basin at 12:15 AM EST on February 4, 2016
To quote:

most of the work are going to be in app.db
1- add a value in table tbl_uri like the following
NPXS10000;1;ux0;
2- modify NPXS10000 eboot.bin path in tbl_appinfo to vs0:app/NPXS10027/eboot.bin
3- overwrite the modified app.db using email app and reboot
4- now use the browser to call the new uri with your target game . example :
ux0:app/PCSA00017
apparently near app will open the game manual.
5- minimize near then dump the game using the psp pboot trick using CMA (while the near app still open)

Your fw version must be between 3.18 and 3.52

Yet another game uses it: Freedom Wars
Pretty much the same as Gravity Rush

Some differences on .sxd1 and .sxd2 though. Some .sxd1 have more than header data in them

This is whatever I could figure out. Not much but I'm not experienced so it's all I could manage.

I found another game that uses the sxd1/2 pairs, Soul Sacrifice Delta. Although I don't have access to them yet, I know which archive they're in but the archive seems to be separately PFS encrypted on its own. Which would REALLY suck.

ok, I checked this.

.sxd are voices/sfx - HEVAG format

.sxd1 - at9 headers
.sxd2 - music in at9 format

I was able to decode everything here, but not sure about at9 header values, so it gives me warning during decoding
