AT3 Problem by Mygoshi at 9:43 AM EDT on August 27, 2016
I used MSF_converter.bms to convert this file into AT3, it's actually a 48kHz with a 105 kbps for bitrate, but I can't open it with Goldwave, I did atrac3.acm and inf don't worry. I tried to open an SND0 to see if Goldwave can open, and it oepend the file, so it's a problem with the AT3 I try to open :
First, the ATRAC3plus codec (on computers) can only be used in 32-bit applications, so if your GoldWave is 64-bit, it won't work there inside.
Second, if you're using Windows Vista or newer, then ACM codecs won't work inside GoldWave. Recent GoldWave versions do not make use of the outdated Audio Compression Manager. They use DirectShow filters, their own file plugins (.pig files) and the Windows Media Foundation framework.
I tried to decode your .at3 file with FFmpeg, but it spills out "Frame decoding error!" with the "Sound Unit id != 0x28", while a correct encoded .at3 file will convert without problems (tested Ar nosurge soundtrack).
yes as I said there is a problem with the AT3 file, I knew everything you wrote, I tried othr pgorams also, like Winamp or Atrac3plustool to convert into aa3 anf then open with SonicStage or Sony Sound Forge. Nothing. Have you downloaded the MSF file?

Yes, but I can't actually access the tool, since its behind a login system (and I don't want to register there just for that).
Also your at3 file uses the wrong codec identifier.
