When i upload a vgm archive, should i include the entire soundbank, or should i filter only music tracks? what about folders for different types or prefixes? (e.g. in-game audio logs)
Usually only include music and jingles, not sfx/voices unless you have a good reason (mixed music + voices/sfx cutscenes is fine). Not sure what you mean about "different types or prefixes".
